What are the different calling plans and how much do they cost?
There are 6 monthly capped call plans and one pre-paid or pay-as-you-go. You can find out more by clicking on the call plans on this web site. You can also use this service as a non registered pay-as-you-go customer and top up either through the website or on your mobile phone.
How long do I need to sign up for?
If you sign up for any of the monthly capped plans, you need to agree to a minimum 1 month contract, although, you do have a 28 day cooling off period if you change your mind. During this time, you can upgrade your package, but not downgrade it.
What happens if the price of the call plan changes?
You’ll pay the same amount in the first 3 months, whether the price of the call plan goes up or down.
What happens if I run out of credit in the middle of a call?
You will be cut off immediately once your credit runs out if you are on a prepaid plan. So remember to always keep your credit topped-up with automatic top up or why not try one of the monthly capped plans.
I want to call a friend who is a Freshtel MobileLink user or a Freshtel account too. How much will it cost?
Calls to other Freshtel users are free if both you and the person receiving the call are in a area or on the internet. There’s no time limit so you can chat for as long as you like without it costing a cent.
